Acceptable Use
Principles for responsible use of VonnexAI communication services.

Consent and relevance
Communications must have an appropriate legal basis, match recipient expectations and provide required sender identification and opt-out mechanisms.
Prohibited activity
Services must not be used for fraud, harassment, illegal or harmful content, deceptive impersonation, malware, unauthorized data collection, traffic inflation or attempts to bypass carrier, platform or regulatory controls.
High-risk communications
Emergency, healthcare, financial, political, biometric or other sensitive communications require explicit scoping and additional legal, security and operational review before launch.
Sender responsibility
Customers are responsible for recipient consent, suppression and opt-out handling, content, sender identity, destination-market rules and the security of their credentials, systems and traffic.
Traffic integrity
Customers must provide accurate use-case information, cooperate with registration or investigation requests and take reasonable steps to prevent compromised accounts, artificial traffic and abusive automation.
Enforcement and reporting
VonnexAI may investigate, throttle, suspend or block harmful or non-compliant traffic where needed to protect recipients, networks and service integrity. Suspected abuse or questions may be reported to [email protected].
